Jens Neuer joined an SAP consulting company as an analyst and developer after completing his Masters degree in economics. At the time, he had no idea how much he would enjoy shaping products. He quickly took on responsibility, first for individual products and eventually for the entire product development department.

During that time, he was confronted with a reoccurring problem: Projects would test with real customer data, because there was no practical solution to create sufficient test data. That’s how the idea for Joe Bloggs was born.

Sebastian Dorsch

In the late 80s, Sebastian started his own business together with a friend from school while studying computer science. With energy and a good eye for the balancing act between quality and time-to-market, they developed solutions for various Hamburg-based companies and soon for the first financial service providers.

After many successes and some instructive experiences, Sebastian decided to pursue his interest in projects in the financial services sector as a freelancer in 1998. Since 2007, he has been involved in over 10 core banking implementation projects in Europe, Asia, Canada and Latin America.

Sebastian himself says: “The fact that I joined Jens and Eugen on this project after freelancing for so long is because everything just fits together. The pain of our customers is great. Our solution is ingeniously simple to implement. And the three of us bring everything we need to make Joe Bloggs a success. Eugen Trubatschow
